Two Podcasts of Recent Talks

podcast-icon-small.gifA couple of talks I’ve given recently have been posted as podcasts:

ToyCon - talk at the ToyCon conference of toy company executives on trends in design and business. Listen.

MX - talk at Adaptive Path’s MX conference on Managing Schizophrenic Projects. This is hosted on IT Conversations, which is a big thrill as I’ve been a long-time admirer of their service. Listen.

There is some overlap in the talks, but in many ways they are quite different. The MX talk is much more process oriented, while ToyCon deals more with trends and outcomes.
